Haven Games offers a 14 day return policy.
To be elligible for a return, the items must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tages and in the original packaging. Proof of payment or receipt are required.
To start a return, contact us at [email protected] Online returns will need to be shipped to the following address: 1200 Summit Dr #5b, Kamloops, BC V2C 6L2, Canada.
If the return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediatly if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item.
Upon contact, photo's of the item must be sent to [email protected] for staff to evaluate the case.
Products sold with pre-existing damage (IE, water damage) will not be accepted for returns.
Exceptions & Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned such as perishable goods, custom products such as special orders or personalized items (commissioned 3d prints).
Items with "Final Sale" tags are not refundable.
Sealed product for TCG's are final sale.
Gift cards and Game Passes are final sale.
The fasted way to ensure you get the product intended is to reutn the item you have, once return is accepted make a seperate puirchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the item clears our inspection we will inform the customer the refund process will begin. Refunds will be sent to original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it takes time for banks and credit card comanies to process the refund.

Scuffs, tears, rips in factory sealing or any other forms of damage to factory sealed product shrink wrap is normal and expected. This cannot be used as evident or qualify an order for compensation. We are in excellent stadning and reputation with the companies whose products we carry.
Haven Games will not be responsible for duties or taxes incurred during transportation, We are not responsible if a parcel is opened for an inspection at customs or border services as these actions are out of our control/influence. Thiss cannot be used as evidence or qualify an order for compensation
Haven Games if not held liable for stolen/misplaced/lost in transit orders that have been marked as delivered. If you are concered for potential theft, please contact Canada post for additional shipping or adding "signature upon delivery" to your order.
